Web Site Design - Fast turnaround

We need a very professional, high quality website designed quite quickly. We may accept more than one bid. The site is for a company that provides training for counselors who deal with child abuse victims. Formerly, we had lots of images of children but they client would like to move toward a more professional and corporate look perhaps with images of adults speaking in front of other adults. Maybe an image with a child here and there. What you are bidding on is how much it would be to design a site without the coding. For now, let's just plan on you giving us either a Photoshop (version 7 or lower) file or an Illustrator (version 10 or lower) file for this project. If you also do coding and want to finish the site up, we can either post that project separately or work out a price for a bonus, any way you want to do it. Please include links to other sites you have designed or samples of your work. Also, let us know when you think you can finish this work. We really would prefer to hire someone that is willing to work this weekend. We have a tight deadline for this project, so please don't bid if you can't devote a lot of time to this very soon. Thanks so much for your time, Mike ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
