Website statistics correlation app

We are looking for website statistics gathering and data correlation app. Basically we want to integrate the type of data collected in a standard website logging app like Webalizer ([login to view URL]), create series of website site feedback forms and surveys that determine customer satisfaction and then we would like to have an application developed to correlate both sets of data. We would like this application to be able to create daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and yearly reports, and we would like this report to be emailed to management on the intervals specified above. We would also like a web interface to this app that will allow us to create custom reports. We will give the developer a lot of freedom in the development of this application. You will not have to use webalizer ??" we just want the application you choose to use or develop yourself to collect the same or more web statistics than webalizer, and we would like for the app to allow us to change the feedback forms and surveys. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we need the ability to find out this critical information without a lot of hassle. The people using this app will not be really computer savvy . Concerns: The feedback forms, and surveys may change a lot over the course of the next year. We will be adding a new feedback forms, and surveys fairly regularly, or at least we will be adding new fields to these forms and surveys regularly. We would like the developer to have some solutions in mind to combat this as well as any other issues that may come up. The developer will have to work with our web designer to ensure that this app can integrate into our website smoothly. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The application will have to run an Apache Red Hat 9 Server running MySQL.
