Image extraction from ffmpeg and face recognition

Hello trezza, I have read your description and am interested in your project. I have good experience with PHP, ffmpeg and OpenCV, and face detection in particular. The easiest way would be for me to create a C++ program, with a PHP class that executes it through system calls. ffmpeg ok Hello, I understood your requirement that you project. All you want is there would be a MP4 video. User will enter the time and at that specific time of the video frame would be extracted using ffmpeg library and then system would detect faces and eyes in it using opencv. Then output the faces and eyes in jpeg form. I can do it as I have broad experience in image processing and Computer Vision. I have made system like thumb recognition, Human Hand Detection(you can see it in my profile). I have also developed a system to detect Human Fall I have also wrote a research paper on it. "ffmpeg ok"! ... I've got this in Opencv/C++ already: at least the facial detection I have done (opencv2,c++), as well as fmpeg-based extraction font ends. Those (ffmpeg-based frame extraction for face detection in opencv) I have experience with, for various batch face detect tasks, et al. These things have I done before. (Because opencv's ability to read video formats is limited I have been forced to use various shell and C++ based interfaces from ffmpeg (and/or mplayer) to my opencv video processing in C++.) The eye detection I have not yet tried - but it looks to be very similar to the face detection (pre-trained Haar cascades which come supplied with opencv). Opencv is the usual tool for face detection and would be my first choice to use from PHP - probably using C++ and first as a system call then as a PHP extension depending on requirements and desires. Hopefully would have shell and compiler access to the target server for all this (standard stuff). Also, If you want to send me a test video mp4 I can extract faces immediately as a test (might be fun to see); the eye -based positioning and registration like you want will take a bit longer, of course.
