elensoft.com can't do it! maybe you?

INDIA BASED COMPANY [login to view URL] DOES A BAD JOB! The last INDIA based company i hired to do this job [login to view URL], is 7 weeks late for a 2 week scheduled job(scheduled by elensoft). I payed about 600.-USD from 1000.- total so far but they are not finished until today. ( the script is a flash feature.. most coding is there but needs to be implemented and partly re-coded. 3. Once the Webcam feature works (Webcam Capture | Webcam Email ) as by [login to view URL] I pay you 200.-USD. 4. Installation and delivery.. you install on my server and deliver all files/scripts including new fla file I pay another 200.-USD My deadline with elensoft ends today.(DEC28.) and they agreed to pay back (contract) all my payments. I do transfer my rights of claim(600.-USD) to you! So once your attorney get the money from elensoft you have total 1000.-USD for this job. Happy bidding.
