237340 Flash developer needed

I'm looking for someone to develop two sites that are similar is design style, framing, and navigational structure. I know the basics of Flash and would like have the sites developed so I can easily swap individual images in photo galleries; which along with some description text, are the content of the sites. Transitions between images will be concise. Designs are nearly ready to go in vector illustrations, and all images will be sized and web-ready. Site 1: A basic photo gallery site of up to 30 images navigated by a simple slide bar and click-through. 2 galleries and two information pages. Site 2: A similar site based on images that will be swappable. This site will have more galleries, but less images in each gallery. The trick to this site is that I'd like to have the clouds in the background (see http://dutchcreative(dot)com/test/[login to view URL]) in a slow moving loop, or sections in looped animation, so the cloud appears to be undulating. *With both sites, if data insertion is the bulk of estimated time for you, I would rather assist with this part of development and leave you to the frame building, animation and actionscript.
