217572 Flash Page Flip Book

I want a flip book with a coupon on the right page and a video on the left. One set of left and right pages for each of my clients. I will need to be able to add unlimited customers to the flip book. On the right page I will need a check box so the site visitor can print only that page (coupon) and to be able to check all pages, uncheck all pages and to print selected or all pages - only the right side pages. Also, the site visitor will have the ability to click on the coupon and go to my client's sites or offer landing pages. On the left side page I need a video ready box sized at 350 pixels wide by 200 pixels tall. On the right hand page, the coupon will take up the whole page with a check box for printing purposes and a clickable button to go to a landing page or website. The whole right hand page will be clickable as a button as well which will also send the site visitor to the landing page or website. This flip book will be embedded in a webpage, also beautifully and impeccably designed by you with my brading. Please let me know that you read this whole description by telling be how big the video box needs to be in pixels. Thanks.
