Flash Tool to Stream Audio and/or Video to the Web

I need an application (and source code) that will allow users to add any kind of audio to their webpages in seconds using the program. I will need a flash form that acts as a "player designer" to create audio/video "players" that can be inserted into a any webpage by copying and pasting the generated code. The user should also be able to record and audio/video files to the server using the tool and a web cam and/or microphone and they must also be able to upload their own files and have them dynamically converted to the proper streaming format. The "player designer" will need to: 1. Allow users to encrypt their audio/video files so users cannot download and arbitrarily use the files. 2. Allow users to move back-and-forth through audio files with a simple, easy-to-use slider so it is easy to view/listen to long audio/video files. 3. Enable users to create players in seconds and be able to see in real-time what the player will look like and sound like. 4. Have the ability to color match the player to a webpage using a simple color-mixing tool. The "player" will need to: 1. Play any audio/video file regardless of size. By streaming the file, users won't have to wait to watch/listen to what they want. 2. Allow files to automatically start playing when the page loads, or allow the user to start the player manually. 3. Have Play, Pause, a timeline Slider, and Volume controls with Audio/Video Length & Time Shown. The player should look very similar to this: [login to view URL] The player designer should be similar in function to this example: [login to view URL] It is preferable to use MP3 files, but we would also like the ability to convert a most any type of file to the best (most compressed) and highest quality format to stream out to the web. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The entire project must be entirely created in Flash and must work on all major browsers and web servers. The "player" and "player designer" will need to run on all Windows, Macintosh & Linux operating systems. Anyone who listens to audio should be able to do so using Internet Explorer, Netscape, FireFox, Opera or Safari, and Flash 6.0.65 or greater.
