307877 Install ffmpeg on server

I need ffmpeg installed on a clients server. The server is a vps at lunarpages. I need this done asap. ffmpeg needs to be installed, working, including any dependencies that it might need. The server does not currently have svn, or yum. I need this installed and working today hopefully. More server admin type work if you do a good job. Lowest bid with good feedback will get the project. I prefer someone from the US but you have to at least speak english. If you can give me a working php example on how to convert a file from avi to swf even better.
