We are wanting to capture a corporate seminar and lecture in an online, downloadable and/or CD deliverable audio/visual format presented in multiple chapters, with online interactive testing of the viewer at the end of the course or each chapter.
There are approximately 30 pages of outline that would be associated with lecture, photo and/or video clips. Our estimate is that each outline page would have an average of six items per outline.
Testing would present text, voice audio describing the question, and a graphic and/or video for viewer to evaluate in arriving at answer choice.
"Run time" for this presentation in total is estimated at 6-8 hours, thus necessitating breaking the presentation into multiple segments. One or more chapters would require submission of viewer-developed graphic for grading or evaluation via email or FTP.
We envision that Flash may be the best tool for this but are open to other applications that might best satisfy the requirements of the presentation.
Project includes:
1. Template graphics design for the presentation
2. Review of lecture and consult on "best" use of graphics/video
3. Coding of presentation and interactive testing
4. Consult on and/or oversee audio development from our script
5. Provide final coding in fully-functional working product, along with all components for our library.

This project has been delayed for script writing and video encoding. We will contact top bidders when this is ready to move forward.
We are working a major Web site project currently that is behind schedule, so this project has had to slide. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
