Personal Singer Song Writer site completion(repost)

To complete my girlfriends website ([login to view URL]), she is a singer/song writer and I have had a friend design the site and then another friend develop it in Flash, things are taking far to long and I would like to get it finished in the next two weeks, the items to complete are: - 1. Better way to display the Bio, this has been written out, just needs to go in and be displayed well. 2. Image gallery system where we can upload images and potencially movies of gigs. 3. Music section the most inportant, need to have the ability to put music up, we were also thinking about splitting out the music section, something like the below, this will give her the ability upload some other covers she does, the trick might be what is paid for and what isn’t, she would probably only charge for the songs she wrote, the rest would be free. Also the ability to put some details about each song up, so Composer, Artists on the track (guitarist, piano etc etc) and perhaps Lyrics... etc perhaps as they hover or click a song a bubble or something pops out the side that says play/stop/download and under is the other details, I’ve put it in a bmp to very crudely show what I mean , I can supply this later. 4. Lastly as mentioned above, to tie it into paypal so songs they want to download can be paid for, they can play a sample of the song on the site but if they want to download and hear the compete song there will be a small fee, not sure if paypal does this but +/- Michelle’s Albums +/- Album Bla Bla - Song 1 - Song 2 - Song 3 +/- Album Bla Bla Bla - Song 1 - Song 2 - Song 3 +/- Michelle’s Covers +/- Opera - Song 1 - Song 2 - Song 3 +/- Genre - Song 1 - Song 2 - Song 3 +/- Genre - Song 1 - Song 2 - Song 3 ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
