Looking for a Professional Flash Designer to create a Flash Movie for a social community/dating site homepage. This sample video you can download and view at your leisure [login to view URL] is what I would like to have a similar file made and the amount of motion needed in the new file. You would create a similar file with new (my) elements It will be roughly the size you view for the homepage and also be uploaded to sites like YouTube etc.... Basically will be displaying the Features and Benefits of the site and entice visitors to become a member. There should be a consistent color background through the entire file (no white background). The elements (content) need to keep moving, no lag time between scenes. And they should flow and make sense. You would need to do the graphic design and creation on the file(s). Final delivered product will be a FLA file usable in Flash 8. Please provide samples of your work comparable to the sample you have viewed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
