Remote PC Console

This program needs to include all of the following features: 1: Accept requests from end user from website, store them in order they were recieved. 2: Allow Technician to remote connect to the end users computer, and have full access to it as if the tech was sitting at the computer itself 3: Must include chat function between end user and tech 4: Allow unlimted amounts of technicians to connect to back end and view end user requests 5: Hold customer data and records 6: connect directly to merchant account for credit card processing 7: allow tech to easily select which service is being performed and send info to merchant account 8: Hold service requests in order they were recieved 9: Allow one click access to remote connection with end user 10: have easily downloadable end user side program 11: Connect with website to send end user the program for immediate access and service request I will be very happy to clarify any of these details. I currently have a My Sql server, if I need anything else we will discuss that during the bidding process. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 95 and all versions of windows above that, both end user side and tech side.
