Tiny Members Area

A basic members / client area for a small company that needs to have an interactive client area. We need an admin panel from where we can assign the client his user and password. When the customer logs in, he should be able to create support tickets that can be answered from the admin panel by us. Also, we should be able to update orders which are being shipped to him ( more like a tracker ) which status will updated from the admin panel by us. Also, we need to have a latest news section which will be updated from the admin panel which the client can view ( allowing images in the latest news section is a bonus ). A "lost password" for the client is required. While we create our clients profile, we need field like address, fax, website, tel, etc. which will notified to you upon finalization. Also, we need flash buttons and the color scheme should be metallic orange and red combine. If you make the product skinnable, it will be of great help. Also, top left corner should have a banner holder which we can keep changing. We will pay u thru paypal. We should be able to install this script thru an [login to view URL] on any server ( linux ) without shell access ( shared hosting ). Php + Mysql to be used. Once the client types his user and password from our home page, the members area is displayed in a popup ( please make sure the coding is such that it doesnt get blocked by Google search toolbar and popular programs ). If your not able to create the pop up type client area, the client area can be in the parent window. But the logout should take the user back to the main page. The cookies to be autoceared upon logout. To give a far example - a scaled down customized version og PHP-COIN with the above requirements. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
