DG Website - Phase 1 Work

Digital Governance (DG) requires a new website to bring our organization to the public view. The aim is to provide a space for marketing of our services/applications, provide reference customers, support information, demoes etc. This project bid is in regards to Phase 1 of the overall project. This phase requires the developer to * develop a flash front-end website * resource and present three Content Management Systems (either internal or third-party) * install chosen Content Management System * connect certain aspects of the site to DG Services via APIs * install phase 1 public content * install Google Analytics on all pages * install two flash overlay "wizards" * develop xml sitemap based off Sitemap Protocol * Review all project requirements and take into consideration phase 2+ requirements during development, specifically security and SEO. ## Deliverables Please review the attached overall specification document. It contains more details of what is required for Phase 1 as well as overall Specifications, Phase 2 Requirements, and Phase 3 Outline. While this bid is for Phase 1 only, the developer should take into consideration Phase 2 requirements when researching and presenting the Content Management System.
