Dear Sir, ocCommerce expert here. I understood the requirement. This would be an admin only function. All incomplete order will have a new button "Partial Payment". Clicking on that will open a form where admin will enter the amount to be paid. This will take admin to paypal where admin will make the actual payment from a predefined account to merchant account. After successful payment, it will create a payment on behalf of client in the system and admin will be taken back to order list. Let me know if I mistaken anything. Regards...........
