Install multilanguage Joomla 3.x

PLEASE READ before you bid! Abstract: We need a Joomla 3.x website for a customer with the following main-items: - multilanguage (2 languages; russian and german - no need for you to speak either of them) - special layout of the startpage (see below) - a box (module?) on the starpage to be able to insert self programmed database content (propably iframe or so) - fotogallery with multiple albums (with the possibility of making links (from our DB-content) directly to a particular album) - statistic modul - contact form (form in the left column, contact-data in the right column, see pic "contactform" ) - pic changer on startpage - backend etc. only in german - "Subsite" with other template and other menu (see pic "structure" and "second_startpage"), same languages like the other startpage, similar layout like the other startpage - these Elements on the startpage have to be alterable via backend (online-editor) by the customer: box "own text" (1), box "starpage content" (4), box "Customer's voice" (5), Footer (6) - the site shall run on the server specified by the customer What WE provide: ---------------- - Webspace with domain, database and ftp - a ready made design (awful; made by the customer himself; we told him this is crap, but he insists on it) (see pic "design") - the principle layout of the startpage What YOU do: ------------ - install last joomla 3 - customize a templage or make a new one (according to the customers draft) - establish 2-language system (german and russian) - implement the layout of the startpage - create a module or so for displaying our db-content on startpage (the red box (#2) in the layout pic) - implement any galery-module (multilanguage, multiple albums) and create one demo-album (a specific album must be accessible by special link i.e. [login to view URL]) - implement some handsome statistik (only in german) - create feedback form (layout, required fields and mandatory fields pls see pic "layout contactform") - create "second startpage" with different menu and different template (we gonna create further menu-items and subpages later, so pls tell us how to make a new contentpage/category belong to startpage A or startpage B) - The colors of the second startpage are provided during the next days; the customer is still "working" on it... What you do NOT have to do: --------------------------- - creating menu-items and sites (only one or two as design/function demo) - showing db-content Questions? Do not hesitate to ask!!
