Redirect www.domain.com?hop=affiliatename to different page

A quick small project. I need a piece of code that enables me to redirect an affiliate's Clickbank hoplink, e.g.: [login to view URL] to a different page, e.g.: [login to view URL] This is because there are some affiliates using spam to promote a product, and I need to redirect their hoplinks to a ban page. So, all I need is the line of code which redirect. That's it. Code can be either placed in the website source ([login to view URL]) or in the .htaccess file. Up to you. Cheers.
