Need to set-up and monetize a new web forum

Hello I need to set-up and monetize a forum. The set-up should make use of a good open-source forum software, so please let me know what is the software you are experienced with. It should have spam protection, and preferably also include some kind of share revenue module, to allow sharing revenue with forum posters, or moderators. It should also include a good advertising module so that i can display google adsense and other ad networks. It should allow an easy way for users to set-up the receiving of RSS feeds for each forum category. Should also allow an easy way to be multilingual in the near future. I would like to choose a freelancer with a very good experience setting-up the software, so that when I need further support, I can request you for future customizations etc. So: - a good open-source forum software, that have spam protection, so that I dont have problem with spam posts, ads support, and preferably a revenue share module too, and easy to set-up RSS feeds for users. If you are good with wordpress, even better, because I plan to have the homepage set-up with wordpress, so that I can have an easy to use cms to create content pages. Please make your bid, do not exaggerate the cost, if you are really good with the software, and you already know what to do, this should be something fast and easy to accomplish. Once the forum is launched I will require regular help, and there is where you will earn more money.
