Thank you for taking interest in bidding on this project.
I've been able to nail down some things that might make the task easier.
Please re-read the requirements.
Additionally, I've extended the delivery time and am open to changing it again if you need more time.
Please let me know your thoughts.
Regards,
Joe

October 17, 2005
In mid July we had a hacker obtain access to 5 of our websites. We did not have proof of the hacker’s access until before July 24th. All of our data on over 6,000 clients was taken. Our code from the servers, ASP, PHP, HTML, Perl, and documents were taken which enabled the applications that handle the 6,000 clients. .
Our ISP advertises that they backup every day. However, when they went to restore our site, they reported that they could only back it up to May 6, 2005 and that none of the other backups would restore. This loss wiped out our business.
The FBI and Utah State law enforcement is involved and the case is under investigation. At first, all users, anyone who had ever had access to our site or knew of out login informtation was suspect. Since with almost every bid on RAC we have disclosed login and passwords, all contractor s were included on the list. I have never had a coder from RAC do anything to cause me to cause me concern. Every one I have delt with has been professional, ethical, and honest. This I have stated to the FBI. As a result, you may or may not have been contacted by the FBI. If you have, I appologize. It was out of my hands and not something I could control.
I was required to avoid using RAC until everyone was confident that the hacker(s) had no connection to RAC contracts. Now, we are trying to pick up the pieces and get back into business.
Whatever help you can provide would be appreciated.
I’ll try to contact all contractors by Wednesday, October 19 or please feel free to contact me.
Best Regards,
Joseph Cook
## Platform
If we can use a Wiki or Etomite or another tool to do the same thing, fine.
We will user PHP, Apache, MySql unless you can convince me that .NET and IIS and SQLServer have merit.
