4171 Clone or Functionality of Site

I would like to have the functionality of this site uponone_com or a clone EXCEPT it will be for Tutorials and not Bikes. I want to convert my current web site into this new site which already consist of 2100+ Tutorials (currently in an access database that will need to be convert to mysql). I will also need a forum added, which I suggest vbulletin, but it will also have to blended into the new site (I currently have a forum section in access DB that will also need to be converted to mysql). I will also need the features of the members section so you might want to sign-up (free) and see what the member section looks like. (I currently have a member's section in access DB that will also need to be converted to mysql). Also a Blog will need to be added, Wordpress preferred, also need to blended into new web site, but I can covert that over. One main part of my site is the ablity to search for the exact Tutorial, so this feature must be added and placed on every page. Currently my site psworkshop_net only contains photoshop tutorials and I want the ability to add new Tutorails, like PHP, XP, Java, Flash, etc… Please only bid if you have the qualifications and experience, and able to complete this project.
