Code convert (Java convert to php)

HI all, Pre-Condition: This project is re-open as the previous winner still not finish the work after deadline.. as i gave him two more days... but he seemed disappear. He deveive me some money (Always request me create milestone and i released first milestone to him...) and make me loss many time.... i am very nervious and worry that the deadline for my project is coming ...... I Hope i can get the work as soon as possible......i know this request is very difficult to achieve, but i loss lot of time... //**** Body **** This Project need to develop one function called ID3 algorithm (Data mining) As i find the api is in JAVA .. I want to change it to PHP... *** Please check with Java File first, run it and see the result which i want... *** As time is so harsh, but code isn't too much. (Please check the attachment).. if you have other code better than the attachment, please free to voice out. *** Step *** Read a file which contain data, calculate and generate the decision tree first. After that, input some value to predict Yes or No.
