Need Simple Paypal Authentication PHP Script

Hello and thanks for looking at my project. I am looking for a PHP Script that will take my Paypal payments, upon completion of the transaction in full. I want the program to change MySQL table data depending on which type of transaction comes in. The script would take a payment, verify the payment was made, than edit a table in our SQL database. It would be nice but isnt necessary to have a thankyou email sent out to the purchaser. PM me if you need any detailed information. I need this A.S.A.P.
