106450 Online ordering/Invoicing

Need a website front and back-end created to be able to take orders - but *NOT* process credit card. FRONT END -Simply allow customers to create an account and place orders for our products. -users will be emailed an order confirmation The design of the website will be created in-house. We will send the completed design, plus all images and font files to the winning bidder. BACK END -The back-end should receive all orders (plus other details) which will be automatically e-mailed to our e-mail address as well as a back-end messaging/e-mail system in an easy to read format -take all relevant data and give us information in table/graph format that we can use (accounts receivable, income etc, how much each company has ordered etc.) (Compatibility with Excel is a plus) -should assign a unique invoice number for all orders processed online -should present us with outstanding invoices. -Should allow us to view accounts receivables and check-off any paid invoices - accounts receivable should reflect any paid/unpaid amounts. -Should be able to view outstanding invoices -Should allow us to send notices of outstanding invoices to customers from internal system.
