PHP file sharing code fix

hello, I need someone who can fixed file sharing software code from [login to view URL] . My problem is currently the script is not support free or non-login user to download with download manager software like IDM (internet download manager) . Let me explain more 1. When free or non-login try to download this file . it will show this page (see at attachment [login to view URL] file) 2. After waiting free or non-login click on download button and IDM is enabled so the error is ( see at attachment [login to view URL] file ) The owner of code let me to disable download waiting timer in admin panel for free or non-login and IDM will work for them . But I want to force free or non-login to view some ads on my website before download starting .
