Seeking 2 skilled programmers

Small project management company seeks 1 skilled php/mysql and 1 flash programmer to start immediately! Companies DO NOT BID! SOLO programmers only. 1 Freelance Programmer needed with STRONG PHP/MySQL and script writing capabilities. Website design is a must. 1 flash programmer to start immediately! Since we are in e-commerce you will need to know how to setup payment server scripts also. We will pay per hour to start. If you are good, you will be bumped up to a per job basis where a fast coder can make a lot of money, and have raisies every year. Companies DO NOT BID. I am only seeking a freelancer who works SOLO. A programmer that works on his own, who is reliable. I have a lot of regular work, so you will be a full time worker. Requirements: > Good English Skills > STRONG PHP/MySQL knowledge > Website/Graphic Designer skills Very helpful. > Fast worker > Available for 8-10 hours per day > Broadband Internet Connection helpful but not a must. > Reliable & trustworthy > Some type of reference from previous sites you've worked on. Payment is $300-500 per month, plus bonuses for each project (approximately 40 hours per week, monday-friday). Flash Programmer only around 50%, for some projects up to 100%.
