Create Display Module to show how many Users will be emailed by Reverse Auction Factory

For our Joomla site we need: 1. Create Display Module to show how many Users will be emailed, a. if a new Reverse Auction Factory (RAF) project is created using the User's current form data (RAF Category and Location), and that is b. dynamically updated as the User changes form information. AND 2. Display other RAF Category Suggestions, a. show Parent Categories (see attached screenshot for hierarchy example) and the number of Users that would be email if that Category were chosen instead of the User's current form choice.
