Financial Investor management system

This system is to manage clients of a company and their funds - simple admin activities like creating new clients, deleting, editing etc required. So at a high level: 1) database of investors- this will be the back end with details of each investor database of funds - these are the funds that each investor has the option of investing in 2) the front end should allow the member of staff to login and view these members, add, edit, delete. - the staff should also be allowed to edit the amount of funds each client has by depositing funds or withdrawing funds. - each investor can invest in one fund which returns a certain rate of interest. the system should update each clients fund depending on when their investment cycle is over. so it should be date based. 3)an option to email a single clients or ALL clients - so a few templates (which i will provide) that would make it easy to email investors based on email addresses provided in the database. and thats it...Its a very simple flow...needs to be secure and simplistic to use. would prefer someone with financial know-how any other questions, then feel free to message me.
