229158 Fix PHP code Website

I need to have some code fixed on my site. Site is www.predictyourfate.com. User answers a set of questions and then arrives at this page to get the results [login to view URL] Before they can get the results they have to participate with my sponsor by completing the offer. If you do not complete the offer and click on Step 3 "Click here to Continue" it will tell you that you have not completed the offer. What I want is the user to only have to enter their email and click "continue" and then they can get their results by clicking on step 3 "Click here to Continue" I don't need the user to complete the offer completely. This should be an easy fix if you are familiar with php. I change the offers often so I need this to work when I change the offers. If you have other suggestions on how to make this work please let me know. This offer is only viewable in the US. If you are from another country you will not be able to see the problem. Thanks
