Front end Post editor Wordpress Plugin

Code a front end visual editor wordpress plugin that: 1) Creates a re-sizeable text box, video box, or image box around any placed image or text. 2) Auto assigns a zindex order in css to that so it can be clicked on (selectable) and easily dragged or scaled around on the front end. 3) This is a front end post editor not the standard post editor in admin. Must in jquery. Any part of this project can be decompiled plugins as we are using this in house. FOr example to insert a drag and drop video square this (can be decompiled form another video plugin using a custom youtube field. But the above applies as well. I need the video squares also drag and drop as well. ) Click save to publish.
