Joomla CMS Expert needed for Web Design & Data Scrapping Nee

Looking for individual (NO companies please) to help complete on-going website updates. Site updates include fixing minor bugs, updating urls, etc. After this project is completed, a data-mining project will be provided for bidding (not part of this first project). I am looking for a developer that can has the ability to work on site updates but also has data-mining/Joomla expertise and implementation. Requirements: In order to reply, you must have the extensive knowledge with the following: (1) PHP (2) MySQL (3) Joomla (4) Flash (5) Script development (cron) (6) Script installation (7) General web design Some of my project needs: FIRST PROJECT BUDGET IS AROUND $40 to $80 US DOLLARS. The work that will be provided is simple and will NOT require a lot of time. An experienced developer will be able to complete the first project in 2 or 3 hours. Additional work will be provided on an on-going basis if work is performed successfully.
