Joomla Registration Website pager

I need a quick install and customization of two modules and a template for a school registration website 1) Customize module feature using JUNI or create one to establish a relation between student and parents such that, parent can only see own student exams or quiz results when parents logs on into the site 2) Install an event/student registration module including java flipbook.
