Magento Coupon Webite

We would like to open a Magento e-commerce website aiming to sell discount coupons. We need a custom make coupon manager for magento. The basic description is Add, edit, delete coupons, businesses, categories Send purchased coupons, by text message, send to mobile app (android or apple app), print the coupon or send by post List top selling coupons, top businesses, top categories, new coupons, new businesses. Displays a map with business' icons and lists coupons from those businesses. Users can rate coupons and system displays the average user rating A printing cart where user saves his coupons and print all of them later, in one Go ..... There is a similar module for Joomla on [login to view URL] However we want the same module exactly but advanced version for Magento.
