Migrate Web Hosting Companies

I have a site I need to migrate from one web host to another. [login to view URL] The developer is no longer available to help, so I need somone to assist in the code migration and make sure everything is up and running before I point my Domain to the new nameservers. Site: [login to view URL] Schedule: Perferablly finished completely migrated by 8/30. Other notes: - I will handle any domain related issues - I'm considering some upgrades to the functionality. If you have good php and AJAX skills, there could be additional work down the road. ## Deliverables 1) Site and site applications run exactly as they do today on another host. 1a.)PHP front-end/display application 1b) Back-end site administraction tools 1c) Mojo Mail email Newsletter application 1d) All static HTML files. 2) All data contained with the site must be migrated 2a)All data within the MySQL db 2b) All images containined within the site directory structure 2c) Customer lists for MojoMail 3) Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Language: PHP (with HTML files) OS: Linux Database: MySQL Browsers: IE, Firefox, and Safari
