Modify website

Dear Freelance, we want you made a little modify for a websites. The work: For the Website [login to view URL] you must: 1. make it compatible with smartphone and tablet (iPad / iPhone / Android ecc...) 2. The logo on the center of the screen you must add this effect: [login to view URL] when you roll over on the logo with the mouse, the logo must be in the front meantime the all background must be blurred. 3. adjust on the screenshot when the people roll over on the image i see a square but the image is a round fix it 4. when i open the website with a large screen the website must be on the center not on the left We need a professional company not company or people that make us lose time.
