Need a Map

I need your help to develop a map system in JavaScript or some other script that are fully integrated with php and asp, and that allows visitors on my website to identify and find a location of a street address (latitude and longitude) by clicking on a Map. There are going to be a database with thousands of companies in Scandinavia that needs to be able to show their location on the map according to the user's search criteria – address, zip code, city, state, etc. The companies that will be represented in the search categories on the website must be able to pinpoint their location by typing in their address from their information and member’s area, and/or use another easy solution to pinpoint their location. The pin that marks their location could be a red or a blue dot of some sort. The map has to be easy to use, I have found that by clicking on the map and its close by locations, is the easiest way to find a location or street address that you are looking for. Please take a look at the [login to view URL] solution. Main task Your main task is to find appropriate software and Maps. Please quote in your price total incl. maps and satellite images. You shall provide a hybrid view over Scandinavia such as [login to view URL] or Google Earth. The maps must also be made separately for each Scandinavian country (Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland) 1. Find appropriate software for maps and create the Map system/software that I described. 2. I require full copyright of code, if not any other compromise are made, and in writing. 3. Admin and user interface shall be available as described above 4. Full copyright of satellite images or maps 5. Images and Maps shall be copyrighted for us to use in commercial application. 6. The map software must be easily integrated with other scripts like php, asp and websites. 7. The map system should be easy to upgrade. 8. Be able to print out the maps you like that shows a destination. I would also like this map system/solution to be a foundation to develop other map applications in the future, like for example PC Pocket Maps, GPS maps, Directions and for Mobile. I would also appreciate (if not too expensive) a printable direction solution that describes where to go and how to get there. Example [login to view URL] Directory service.
