Need Site Cloned

Hello. I need a site similar to [login to view URL] I am putting together a freelance site and I want to be able to verify peoples information using the same tools that NETIBA uses. If you are not proficient in design, I can make the header, footer and anything else that needs to be completed. Basically I just need the script. There are also going to be some changes to the clone, but I will discuss that with only serious bidders. This is the catch. At present I am low on funds, but I would be willing to work out a deal with you in that I would pay you a certain percentage of each person that joins the site until your bid for the project is paid off. Or we could set up a monthly payment system. This is the only way that I can accept bids for this project. If you accept these terms I will add a percentage on the final bid to help pay for your troubles. Please only bid if you are serious, and can work within my parameters. Please show me a genuine portfolio, and/or scripts which you have built or worked with. I reserve the right to have full rights to the script once it is completed. And you will be asked to sign a nondisclosure prior to me accepting you and giving out further details. I need this project done as soon as possible. Thank you for your bids and your time.
