PHP/mySQL work on sales backend.

Pages need to be developed cross browser (current browser version for NS, IE, FF, Opera, Moz, Cam, Saf), w3c validated XHTML 1.0 stict. 1. In Edit there should be a log entry field that requires the editor to add text explaining what has been changed before it can save. The text for this comment would be displayed to the purchaser when the request is send. That way every save is documented as to what was changed. Also I want to send a copy of the log when ever a approval for a change is sent so the purchaser can see a record of the job. 2. Add a recording page where we record the information of package submissions. a) URLs of links given by each of the directories, b) usernames, c) passwords. This would record the information and then also send it out to the client. So it would be kind of like the change approval setup but here we would send out the information to them and ask them to approve the project as completed and also give them a place where they would leave feed back. They approval would set the flag in the finished field to completed. I have added two documents as a samples of what we do by hand now. As this has a number of differnet packages and the packages change we would need to do a package dump into a screen (we don't want these to change if a package is updated) and then how the 10 package information so it can't be edited. Then with each package leave have a field where the ULR are placed. 3. Need a new state for the Approved column called Action Requested. They would be a "AR" in Red and would show me from just looking at the approved column which records have already had a AR (Action Requested) so I don't have to go and view the log to see the status. Add in 5 new jobs to the back in jobs db from this page. <[login to view URL]> Add an addition page_number field in the db so that I can set up the 2 pages to show all jobs with a page_number = x.? Add the 5 sales packages on this static page to the db and then replace those the 5 packages on the static page with the same 5 packages being pulled from the db dynamically.? Sales made to those pages would then appear in the backend. Currently the links package is made up for package #3,#4, and #9.? They should show up in the back in as package 3,4,9 with what ever price is set for the grouped package. 5. Add two more sales for these two pages. Ability to email out an job. This would be an Email Job page. I would allow for me to email out a job to a directory. For example package #9 would be emailed out with the information asking the directory accept the order and bill me. It would email them a link of a page where they would add the links from the submission of the package. In the case of the #1 package it would provide a button for each package where I would send the request. 7. Misc Items. a. The ability to edit the price for private submissions. b. Setup the Title URL to require differnet urls and not allow a home page entry. c. Ability to add number of urls in the admin for package. d. Ability to list the number the pages will display in. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
