Port/Rewrite Existing Login System Using facebook connect

We have an existing login system that uses Facebook connect. I'd like to have it re-written. The existing system has code for legacy users (already) but connects to Facebook to validate login on every page of my website. I'd like the entire system to to be rewritten from scratch so that we use Facebook to authenticate a user but thereon use our own login tokens and cookies. This code needs to be of the highest quality: well architected, modular, light weight, well documented, maintainable, re-usable and of course bug-free. I'd also like to include authentication using Google, Twitter, Open Id etc. (open to limiting/expanding authentication services). Please provide SOLID EVIDENCE of your technical expertise in your response: BizDev Managers from India etc. please DO NOT send me a list of all the websites that you have built using numerous platforms.
