232133 Pull Data from RSS/TXT to SQL

Below are instructions on what data needs to be pulled and from what source. You will see a URL with detailed pull information below it. I need each part of data pulled into its own mysql field so i can pull individual data from each sql field into a flash file. I need to pull the data after ".This Afternoon..." ex. I also need to pull the latest surf temp at daytona beach as well HIGH and LOW tide for Daytona beach for Today and The next day.
