To be considered for this job, you must able to speak on the phone or via webcam on skype and you must have an excellent WordPress portfolio. Job description: We are looking for a WordPress Content Management System (CMS) Developer who will be responsible for the design, development and deployment of our web applications. Here's what you need to know. Your responsibilities: - Review business requirements working with other team members (See site features below) - Perform a technical analysis of requirements - Produce a solid, detailed technical design - Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision - Work with the QA and Customer Support teams to triage and fix bugs with rapid turnaround - Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use Your qualifications: - Programming language(s): PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript - A work style that is extremely detail oriented - Strong communication skills - 3-5 years of programming experience - Graphic Designer for Home page and inside page design. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience - A complete ScriptLance profile - References or an established reputation on ScriptLance preferred Site Features: Home page design (3-5 concepts) - Inside pages design (2 design for each type of page - total approx 5 unique page templates) - Logo Design - Q&A Forum (This is where users can ask questions, discuss and get answers from moderator) - Topic Section (This is where topics are discussed by moderator and will have categories and sub categories, and where users can ask questions as well, no comments in this section) - Special pages with lists of items and options (This is where an excel spreadsheet will be placed on the page to look like a list and can be hyper-linked alphabetically.)
