Wordpress Templates Themes Creation

I have some html pages and would like to have a Wordpress based CMS that looked the same. Can someone create for me the necessary templates and themes so that I can use Wordpress as a CMS system? I would give you three or four different html pages and in return I would expect the exact same look and feel but editable in wordpress so that I could create mutliple pages in the style of the original html. I would also want to be able to use the blogging features styled to fit the site design. This should be a fairly straightforward task as there is plenty of information on how to do this so I am expecting a quick and efficient turn around. Please only bid if you know you can deliver in a short time.
