Joomla Autoresponder Component

I need a Component or Plugin for Joomla created to send emails based on user registration. After user registers to the website he/she receives a welcome email. Then from Component settings I have to be able to create emails to be sent subsequently on a chosen period of time (weekly, monthly etc.) Email settings should contain: CC: (for messages) Message subject Message body (HTML editor, based on installed Joomla HTML editors) Send message after X days from user registration Attachment (ability to attach .PDF, .JPG, .DOC files etc.) Log for Sent emails will be nice Basically a simple Autoresponder that links to user table to pull out user email and own table containing values for Subject, Body, time frequency and attachments (possibly log). All email templates should be editable at any time. Ability to create unlimited email templates. Please contact me for clarifications. I must be able to test all functionalities before payment completion. Open source Component or Plugin must be delivered so I can edit it if needed. Component of Plugin must be packed for standard Joomla Component/Plugin installation via Joomla administration.
