Custom Joomla Component: The component will be for New and Renewal types of memberships. It needs to work with the registration/approval process of Community Builder. Does not need to be deeply integrated. Will need to accomodate New and Renewal memberships payment types of PayPal via IPN and Pay In Person (Produce printable PDF Membership application). The Membership component wil need to handle various membership categories, as well as specfic rules related to the memberships. Below is a high level summary: New Members o Complete Membership Application/Registration o Agree to Terms o Verify Insurance Status (If provided on Membership Application) o Complete payment option – PayPal or Print Application for Pay In Person o User Account Created - New Member receives email regarding Membership Application / Registration o New Member confirms account o New User Account stays pending until Admin approves – No members area access until approved by admin Renewal Members o Login to Web Site o Complete Renewal Application (already and existing user) o Agree to Terms o Verify Insurance Status (if on file in comprofiler) I need to start this project right fast!
