VIRTUEMART EXPERT NEEDED

I need someone who is an EXPERT at Virtumart and PHP. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. I need someone proficient enough with virtuemart to help me create products with certain "attributes" (virtuemart language to test your knowledge) that calculate Printing Products or more less set them to a price i want them to be. Virtuemart has something already i just want to customize it the way I want it. Examples of this can be seen on some NON-VIRTUEMART sites. I want to mimic them. [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] This must be able to work on multiple products as I see fit. I want it to calculate just like the above sites. Now there is one more step I want. I want to set a parameter in virtuemart checkout page that allows an additonal step for people to upload their files (using joomla swf uploader extension if possible ) and answer a questionnaire before finally checking out. That's what I want. SHOW ME WHAT YOU GOT. I want to see samples of attribute work and custom stuff. WHAT I DONT WANT is FOR YOU TO GO HUNTING FOR EXTENSIONS - IF THERE WAS ONE I WOULDN'T BE ON HERE. I WANT SOMEONE THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND CAN PROVE IT. Tell me how long it will take you. I want honest and confident.
