469142 Linux Server Pinging PHP app

I need a pinging web-based php script that will have the following functions: 1. Completely web-based with authentication 2. Allow me add as many linux servers as possible for pinging 3. The pinging should be continuous 24/7 4. The pinging result output show be displayed in colour. RED for server down and GREEN for server up 5. An email notification function to alert me when a server is down 6. Auto refresh function say every 3 mins 7. function to add root server details for automatic reboot function in case any of the server fails to respond to ping for more than 15 mins 8. Should an automatic reboot is not possible due to server provider issue, then the script should send me an email alerting me of the server that is down with the server details
