This is a very simple project for someone who knows what they are doing.
We sell foreign language audio courses and I am looking to develop a community based site for our Italian course using any of the top open source Content Management System that incorporate Web 2.0 features. The system must be easy to use by members and administrators.
## Deliverables
Here's what I am looking for:
1) Be ale to choose their own login/password at the point of purchase.
2) The ability for discussion boards/ polls/ rate articles/ submit articles / media files (.mp3, videos) upload photos.:
3) The ability for members to send messages to other members and have their own profile and pages (ability for them to make their own profile/home page). Something simple not too complex.
4) The ability for people to post links and resources related to learning Italian and to rate them.
5) The ability for an admin to give "special access" to certain people to publish articles on a regular basis.
6) A "who's online" function so other members can see who is on the site.
7) Anything else that can enhance the user exeperience.
The site such as <[login to view URL]> has the type of site that I would like to build. Except that I would like the interface to be less clip artish and more polish look for my audience of people that want to learn Italian.
Would like to have different membership levels (up to 3) with an ability to assign rights to resources and also to allow ease of upgrade to different levels.
In addition to the functionalities, the main item is to have a very easy to use system for both users and administrators
8) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
