Require a php page that will extract specific pieces of data from other URLs. There are 3 main types of pages with different formats :
Type 1 - approx. 10 different URLs - all the same format
example : <[login to view URL]^DJI&d=t>
Extract the 'Value' and 'Day's Range' ( split into 2 parts ).
Save the extracted data into a comma delimited text file ( sample of required layout will be supplied ).
Type 2 - 1 page only
example : <[login to view URL]>
Extract the 'Price' for the 'Brent Oil' and the 'Gold' values.
Type 3 - 1 master page with multiple sub-pages
example : <[login to view URL]>
Extract a list of all URLs contained in the main body section ( the 'master page' ). There may be up to 150 sub-pages referenced in the 'master page'.
Then, extract the heading and body text from each of the extracted URLs ( the sub-pages ). Check the extracted heading and body text of each sub-page for the existance of any one of 400 keywords ( should be read from a text file that we upload ). If the article contains any of the keywords, save the article into a text file.
( example URLs are examples only - may not be the final URLs to be used )
