Track #pageviews, #visits of partner-website via cookie

Hi, 1) I have made a deal with a few websites that generate traffic for my website. However, I want to measure how effective this traffic is. Of course, I can check how many visits I get via those websites (via referrer), but I want to know how many visitors via those website come back again to my website, and how many pages they view, etc. This should be done via placing a cookie as soon as someone enters my website via one of the websites I made a deal with. 2) I also made a deal with some websites that deliver me emailsubscribers to my emailservice. I want to track here as well, their behaviour, so after subscribing, how many visits an emailsubscriber makes to my website on average, and how many pages he views within a certain timeframe. So for 1 & 2) I want to have an admin-system where I can specify referrer-urls, and then have via the placement of a cookie on the landing page on my website (or for 2: the thank you page for the emailsubscription), measure the things like how many pageviews on average a unique visitor (a unique cookie) has created, within how many visits? the statistics should look like this per specified site: --- average #clickthroughs per day: 354 (=how many visits via the specified site or via emailservice) total #clickthroughs this month: 3254 total #clickthroughs last month: 4353 after 30 days since first visit of users (=cookies): on average, 4.5 visits - 25 pageviews per user after 60 days since first visit avg. 11 visits - 88 pageviews per user after 180 days since first visit avg. 16 visits - 488 pageviews per user after 365 days since first visit avg. 22 visits -3 88 pageviews per user ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
