I need a website created with about 15-16 pages. Very easy project, no shopping cart. It is done using a colposcope, which provides an enlarged view of the areas, allowing the colposcopist to visually distinguish normal from abnormal appearing tissue and take directed biopsies for further pathological examination. Sometimes, these cells can change and become abnormal. The presence of abnormal cells, or Dysplasia, can be an early warning that cancer may occur. If other tests (such as Paps, colposcopy, or biopsy) show that you have any abnormal cells on your cervix, your doctor may recommend the loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP). The LEEP is used to remove the abnormal cells from your cervix, and can be performed safely and conveniently right in our offices. How it works... The LEEP uses a thin wire loop that acts like a scalpel (surgical knife). An electric current is passed through the loop, which cuts away a thin layer of the surface cells of the cervix. The tissue and cells removed from your cervix will be studied in a lab, and your doctor will discuss the results with you as soon as they are available. The procedure takes only a few minutes, and you may be given pain relief medication before the procedure. Your cervix will be numbed with a local anesthetic, and you will be awake during the procedure. Recovery time is short, and your doctor will discuss recovery instructions with you. Perimenopause generally begins as a woman’s body gradually stops producing the hormones estrogen and progesterone, typically around age 45, although it can happen at any age depending on the individual. What are the types of incontinence a woman might face? • Stress Incontinence: When small amounts of urine will leak during physical activity or movement, like when laughing, sneezing or exercising. • Urge Incontinence: When large amounts of urine tend to leak out unexpectedly during sleep, when drinking small amounts of water, or at any other time, especially after feeling a sudden urge to urinate. • Overactive Bladder: This is classified by a sudden, strong need to urinate and also by the frequent need to go (8 or more times a day or multiple times during the night), which may or may not be related to urge incontinence. • Functional Incontinence: This is common for women with physical or medical conditions, or problems in thinking or communicating, which can prevent them from reaching a toilet or being able to urinate properly. • Overflow Incontinence: Rare for women, this is where leakage of small amounts of urine may occur due to a full bladder or bladder muscle issues. • Mixed Incontinence: Here, stress and urge incontinence happen at the same time. • Transient Incontinence: This happens when temporary leakage occurs due to infection, medication or illness.
