Ecommerce Website with some Custom Functionality

Hello, I posted a project like this in the past but the requirements have changed. I am looking to get a Ecommerce [login to view URL] let me know your best options. I am thinking either OScommerce or Magento. If you have a better idea, please let me know. Here are the specifications: Ecommerce Website: Upto 100 products (no shipping) We are selling service plans, not actual products During the checkout process the customer must be able to input the following information and it needs to go to a database that can be downloaded to a CSV file daily. Here are the steps: 1. Customer enters personal info during checkout process or while creating an account a. Information is saved into a database 2. During checkout Client needs to be able to add in personal info, product info with product Unique Identification Number(for used mobile devices) and policy number automatically assigned (we will provide the starting policy number and it will sequentially count up from there) all to be saved into a database 3. On a daily basis we should be able to download a CSV file (with the option to customize the information in it) that has at least: a. Customer Name b. Address c. Phone d. Product Category (Smart phone, tablet, notebook, TV, etc.) e. Device Name f. Unique Identification Number / IMEI number g. Policy Number 4. This CSV file will then be uploaded by a member of our staff to the Underwriter's system. **Add The Cow Jumped Over the Moon in the PMB to be considered for this project.
